This spring has certainly seen a veritable hive of activity at Harvey's Antiques, 86 Corn Street. Managing Director, David Harvey spent nearly 3 weeks in America visiting established clients, collectors and Interior Designers in Colorado and returned a week before Gallery Manager, James Mills departed for a week in Russia as part of a DTI sponsored Trade Mission.
One of Harvey's best pieces, a superb oyster veneered kingwood cabinet on chest dating from Ca. 1690 went out to Moscow for display in the British Ambassadors Residence as part of the event and attracted a great deal of interest. It has now been returned to their showrooms in Witney whilst on-going negotiations with interested parties are pursued. This is just one of the many pieces which can now be viewed at Harvey's new website at www.wrharvey.co.uk.
